Book a complete Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) course for up to 12 learners, delivered either at your workplace or at one of our training venues in Bury St Edmunds or Whipps Cross, London.

This accredited qualification is designed for people who may be required to act as a first aider in the workplace. Learners develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to assess incidents, manage casualties and provide appropriate first aid for a broad range of workplace illnesses and injuries.

The course can be completed in one of two ways:

  • 3 days of classroom-based training

  • Blended learning: 1 day of self-paced online learning followed by 2 days of classroom-based practical training and assessment

Both options lead to the same accredited Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification.

The course covers the skills and knowledge required of a workplace first aider, including:

  • Roles and responsibilities of a first aider

  • Assessing and managing an incident

  • Managing an unresponsive casualty

  • CPR and the use of an AED

  • Recovery position

  • Wounds and bleeding

  • Shock

  • Minor injuries

  • Fractures, sprains and strains

  • Head and spinal injuries

  • Eye injuries

Training is practical and scenario-focused, giving learners the opportunity to develop confidence in assessing casualties, making decisions and applying their skills in realistic workplace situations.
