FIRST AID Courses
We deliver a full range of first aid training, including the Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) course for low-risk environments and the comprehensive First Aid at Work (3 day) course for higher-risk settings. We also offer the 2-day FAW requalification, and full Paediatric First Aid training (2 day) for schools, nurseries, and early years providers. Blended training options are available for both workplace and paediatric first aid, combining online theory with in-person practical sessions. For more complex or high-risk roles, we can deliver bespoke first aid and trauma packages tailored to your team’s needs.

Pre Hospital Care Courses
Our pre-hospital training includes the Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) – the recognised entry point for those working in security, events, construction, and other high-risk sectors. We also deliver FREC 4, which builds on this with advanced assessment, trauma care, and medical management skills for those progressing in pre-hospital roles. For clinical or workplace teams that need focused emergency training, our Immediate Life Support (ILS) course offers practical, scenario-led instruction in airway management, CPR, defibrillation, and structured team response.

Bespoke Courses
We design and deliver custom training packages for clients working in complex or high-risk environments. One of our most popular options is a 2-day First Aid and Trauma course tailored to the construction industry. Learners receive an accredited Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification alongside a Sector 3 Group trauma certificate, with hands-on training focused on major bleeding, crush injuries, entrapment, and scene safety. Fire Safety Courses
We offer both Level 1 and Level 2 Fire Safety training to support workplace compliance and staff confidence. Our Level 1 course is ideal for all employees and covers fire awareness, extinguisher types, evacuation procedures, and basic fire prevention. The Level 2 course is designed for fire marshals and wardens, with additional focus on fire behaviour, legal responsibilities, proactive risk reduction, and real-world incident response. Construction & Infrastructure Workers
We train site operatives, supervisors, and safety teams in first aid, trauma response, and fire safety. Courses are built around real-world construction risks – from crush injuries and falls to hot works and confined spaces – and delivered on-site wherever possible to minimise downtime and maximise relevance.
Security & Close Protection Staff
