This five-day course builds on the knowledge gained at FREC 3 and covers a wider range of patient assessment and treatment skills, including patient history taking, clinical observations, ECG recognition, airway management, pharmacology, trauma care and the management of medical emergencies. Ideal for those working in event medical services, security, close protection, emergency response and patient-facing healthcare roles, the programme combines theory with practical, scenario-based learning delivered by experienced instructors.
Please note: Entry requirements apply. Learners must hold an acceptable prerequisite qualification and provide evidence of a minimum of 118 hours of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) completed since achieving that qualification. Evidence must be provided prior to enrolment.
