Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from people with any of the following backgrounds:
ARFF Firefighters – Current or recent experience in airport fire and rescue (Category 1–10).
Local Authority Firefighters – Operational experience in structural firefighting, rescue, and incident command.
Confined Space Rescue Operatives – With valid confined space qualifications and rescue capability.
Trainer/Instructor Roles – Experience delivering fire safety, technical rescue, or emergency care training.

Types of Work

Hazmat & Incident Response – Supporting specialist response teams.

Requirements
Relevant operational experience in your chosen area.
Current competencies and certifications where applicable (e.g., BA, pumps, foam/media handling, confined space).
Operational fitness for the role you’re applying for (fitness testing may be required).
Right to work in the UK and a professional approach to safety and teamwork.
